What is Maple?
Maple is being built as an agentic presentation environment: a place for external coding agents and humans to turn existing work into editable presentations together.
How do agents work with Maple?
The intended workflow uses Model Context Protocol (MCP). An external coding agent brings context and reasoning, then works with Maple’s canvas to create, inspect, and refine presentations. Humans stay in the loop on the same artifact. This is our product direction; preview capabilities are still evolving.
Is this the finished product?
No. The desktop download is an early preview. This page describes Maple’s product direction; the illustrative canvas above is not a screenshot or a promise that every capability is available in the current release.
